Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive recruiter to manage the complete lifecycle for a portfolio of clients in Singapore. You will own 360 recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talents while collaborating with hiring managers to craft tailored strategies.

You will provide regular updates and feedback to clients, grow an extensive network of industry contacts, and contribute to innovative recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Involved in 360 full cycle recruitment

• Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates

• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies

• Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients

• Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives
