Job summary

Good Job Creations Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a recruitment-oriented professional to provide full recruitment support to clients and candidates. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview logistics in a dynamic team setting.

Training will be provided for non-experienced applicants, and you will engage in 360-degree processes with commission incentives as part of a bi-yearly salary review and fast-track career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role is advantageous.
• Non-experienced applicants are welcome as training will be provided.
• Flexibility and teamwork are valued in the candidate pool.

Responsibilities

• Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients.
• Source suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit to client needs.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and reference checks.
• Negotiate offers and perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates.
• Work with teams to fulfill client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients
• Perform research and understand clients and their industries well
• Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals
• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needs
• Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
• Coordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidates
• Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
• Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
• Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
• Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have a distinct advantage
• Non-experienced are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• The portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on a mutual agreement basis
• Candidates who are flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and a team player will have a distinct advantage
