Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support growth and development.

This role offers a start-up environment, a welcoming culture, and a stable base salary with incentives. Both junior and senior positions are available, with training provided for entry-level candidates. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, conduct interviews, and coordinate client-candidate sessions while developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill clients' staffing needs as an integral recruiter.
• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters.
• Conduct interviews and phone screening to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Develop connections and build new business with existing accounts.
• Network with business partners and jobseekers; manage relationships.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Duties

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs.
• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters
• Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.
• Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers
• Other ad-hoc duties apply

Description / Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree
