Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive recruiter to attract candidates for temporary, contract, and permanent roles and to build strong relationships with client companies near the Raffles MRT area.

You will screen applications, coordinate interviews, brief candidates on roles, and negotiate terms with clients. Training is provided, with attractive commission incentives to reward performance.

Qualifications

• CEI certificate preferred but not required.
• Minimum A Level or above.
• Previous recruitment experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills.
• Willing to work at PLQ / near Raffles MRT.
• Training provided for those without prior knowledge.
• Working hours 9am–5:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm.
• Attractive commission and incentive payout.

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates and match to temporary, contract, or permanent roles.
• Network to attract business from client companies and build relationships.
• Draft and place adverts to attract applicants across media.
• Review applications, shortlist, arrange interviews, and brief candidates.
• Prepare resumes and forward to clients for suitable applicants.
• Organize interviews and share details with candidates and clients.
• Inform candidates about interview results and next steps.
• Negotiate pay and salary rates between clients and candidates.
• Advise both clients and candidates on pay and career progression.
• Follow up on interview schedules and statuses with hiring managers/HR.
• Handle adhoc admin duties as required.

Job Scope

• Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients' companies.
• Conduct networking in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients.
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
• Search and find the right person for the employer's vacancy, receive and review applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates
• Brief candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
• Prepare and edit resumes and forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organize interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression
• Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR
• Any adhoc admin duties

Job Requirements

• CEI certificate required but not a must.
• Minimum A Level and above.
• Previous working experience as a recruiter referred but not a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong passion for recruitment and people oriented.
• Training will be provided for those without prior knowledge.
• Willing to work in PLQ / near Raffles MRT .
• Timing Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 5.00pm
