Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source, screen, and place candidates across temporary, contract, and permanent roles.

You will build client relationships, advertise vacancies, coordinate interviews, and provide market salary information while maintaining candidate communications.

Qualifications

• CEI certification preferred; candidates without CEI may apply.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent job opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs.
• Advertise job vacancies through appropriate platforms and channels.
• Search internal databases and external sources to identify suitable candidates.
• Review applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews.
• Brief candidates on job scope, salary, and employment terms.
• Prepare and edit candidate resumes for client submission.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Update candidates on interview outcomes.
• Support salary discussions and offer coordination between clients and candidates.
• Provide market information on salary benchmarks and job opportunities.
• Follow up with clients on interview status and hiring progress.
• Perform administrative duties related to recruitment activities.

Position Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Shenton Way, Singapore
Working Days: 5 days (8:00am - 6:00pm)
After probation: 10:00am - 5:00pm (subject to KPI performance)
