Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team. You will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, oversee sourcing, assessment, and onboarding, and collaborate with hiring leaders to provide strategic hiring guidance.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with ATS/digital HR platforms, along with solid knowledge of local employment laws and recruitment compliance.
