Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, regional or international exposure in Asia, and strong sourcing capabilities through LinkedIn, referrals and ATS

• Strong understanding of semiconductor and technology talent landscape.
• Proven experience in regional or international recruitment across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to identify, attract, assess and hire highly technical talent across semiconductor, engineering and technology functions.
• Sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, talent mapping, referrals and professional networks.
• Provide insights into talent availability, market trends, compensation dynamics and talent movements.
