Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in managing full-cycle talent acquisition in high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with ability to advise hiring managers.
• Hands-on experience with modern applicant tracking systems and digital HR platforms.
• Sound working knowledge of local employment legislation and recruitment compliance practices.
• Analytical capability to review recruitment metrics and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to secure top-tier talent and optimize time-to-hire.
• Direct the complete talent acquisition lifecycle including proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and onboarding transitions.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to provide advisory support on talent needs and selection methodologies.
• Monitor key recruitment indicators to analyze performance and provide regular updates.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to build diverse talent pipelines and strengthen engagement.
