Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Events Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events, from concept to on-site delivery.

You will design enterprise recognition and engagement initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure flawless delivery under pressure, aligning events with corporate EVP and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise recognition framework that reinforces performance, values, and the behaviours critical to business success.
• Elevate flagship programs such as annual awards, long service awards, and enterprise recognition platforms.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of events planning and management or related experience
• Proven track record of success in event planning and management of large-scale events

• Excellent project management, organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
