Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an events professional to manage all phases of recognition, events and engagement initiatives, including live, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure objectives are met and contribute to communications and wellness programs.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Communications/Events and the ability to handle multiple projects, think strategically, and work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of recognition, events and engagement initiatives and activities.
• Plan, coordinate and execute live, virtual, and hybrid internal events.
• Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders (vendors) to meet event objectives.
• Take on project administration and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist in developing communication objectives and publicity plans as needed.
• Assist in Change Management communication and delivery.
• Assist in workplace wellness and health programs and activities.
• Any other duties assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of recognition, events and engagement initiatives and activities
• Planning, coordinating and executing live, virtual, and hybrid internal events
• Liaison between various internal departments and external stakeholders (like event vendors) leading up to the event, ensuring event requirements and objectives are met
• To take on project administration, assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken
• Assist in developing communication objectives and publicity plans as needed
• Assist in Change Management communication and delivery
• Assist in workplace wellness and health programs and activities
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma/Degree in Communications/Events or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with Adobe Creative (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, think strategically and work independently

Other Prerequisites

• An interest in learning about virtual events technologies and services
• Basic website management experience and designing knowledge
• Basic Multimedia skills or graphic designing and video editing skills will be an asset
• Knowledge of audio and video software and applications is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in planning and executing virtual platform events is a plus
