Job summary

Grade Solution Learning Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking an organised, tech-savvy Receptionist/Operations Executive to run our tuition centre at Parkway Centre, Marine Parade in Singapore. The role involves supporting parents and teachers, and contributing to a fast-moving education business.

You will manage day-to-day operations, arrange makeup classes, set up registration pages, and handle enquiries with warmth and professionalism while learning opportunities across operations, marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Able to commit long-term.
• Based in Singapore.

Grade Solution Learning Centre is looking for an organised, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented Receptionist/Operations Executive to help run our tuition centre at Parkway Centre, Marine Parade!

If you enjoy variety in your work, love supporting parents and teachers, and are keen to learn and grow with a fast-moving education business, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day operations for the whole centre
• Arranging makeup classes for students
• Setting up registration pages and managing our CRM
• Following up on leads
• Handling parent enquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Supporting ad-hoc admin duties as needed

Working Hours

• Tue – Fri: 1pm – 9pm
• Sat: 8.30am – 4.30pm
• Sundays & Mondays off
