Job summary

Grade Solution Learning Centre in Singapore is hiring an organised, tech-savvy Receptionist/Operations Executive to help run our Parkway Centre at Marine Parade. You will manage day-to-day operations, arrange makeup classes, set up registration pages and nurture leads with warmth.

The role requires Chinese-speaking communication with parents, familiarity with Zoom and Google Drive, and a willingness to train online.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Based in Singapore.
• Able to converse in Chinese with parents.
• Familiar with Zoom and Google Drive.
• Willing to attend up to 8 hours of training via Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the centre.
• Arranging makeup classes for students.
• Setting up registration pages and managing our CRM.
• Following up on leads.
• Handling parent enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Supporting ad-hoc admin duties as needed.
