Job summary

Mandai Resorts Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Receiving Officer cum Storekeeper to ensure that all goods and services are received in good order, inspected for quality and quantity, and recorded accurately.

The role oversees storeroom operations and inventory control to support seamless resort operations. You will manage receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of supplies, while maintaining precise records and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in receiving or inventory management.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort settings preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming inventories for quality and quantity.
• Verify items against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Prepare records of received items and file documentation.
• Store inventories properly and maintain an organized storeroom.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
