Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/warehouse cert is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar in warehouse/cold room.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and safe work environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Experience with receiving, storing, and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
• Perform stock-related duties including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to accounting.
• Rotate stock and coordinate disposal of surpluses.
• Ensure documentation to confirm proper stock levels and inventory control.
• Coordinate handling of freight and movement of equipment.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom for cleanliness and orderliness.
• Comply with regulations and oversee warehousing requirements.
• Foster cooperation and guidance to store staff.
