Job summary

MR.K 999 PTE. LTD. is seeking a detailed Storekeeper to manage stock, staff coordination, and promotional planning for the store. You will oversee goods receipts, storage, inventory, and accurate record-keeping within hygiene standards.

The role requires experience in retail operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while coordinating with purchasing and accounts teams. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Well experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Positive, friendly, and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to storage area.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
• Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure proper stock items are kept.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of storage areas including HACCP adherence.
• Work with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
• Assist Accounts Payable in cost discrepancy investigations.
