Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform shift work, including weekends & public holidays.
• Technologically inclined team‑player, with strong situational awareness & ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to manage real‑time scenarios & make sound decisions under pressure.
• Prior experience in a Command Centre or similar real‑time operational / smart‑system environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time traffic incidents via ITS platforms & sensors
• Identify traffic anomalies or trends via AI / Video Analytics & other monitoring tools
• Liaise & coordinate response efforts with relevant internal stakeholders and government agencies
• Collaborate with data & system teams to improve dashboard visualizations and automate logic workflows
• Enhance incident strategies using data insights and decision‑support tools, such as refining trigger points for OCC alerts and escalation protocols
• Participate in periodic contingency exercises and conduct ‘After Action Reviews’ (AARs) to enhance operational readiness
