Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks an Executive AI/ML Engineer to advance AI/ML initiatives within Intelligent TPT Systems Development. You will design, build and deploy AI solutions to improve the traffic and transport experience for commuters, from prototypes to MVPs.

You will collaborate across computer vision, NLP, LLMs, and agentic AI, while shaping data pipelines and models at scale. The role emphasizes experimentation, knowledge sharing, and close teamwork with data

Qualifications

• Knowledge in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or cloud app development.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, conversational AI, CV, and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on DevOps experience and Agile software development.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Cloud solution architecture and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain applied AI solutions across CV, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Develop and optimise ML algorithms for diverse use cases.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines to support AI at scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, domain experts, and business stakeholders.
• Engage users iteratively to refine features and meet operational needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to knowledge sharing.
