Formación

• Willingness to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays.
• Technologically inclined with strong situational awareness and communication.
• Ability to manage real-time scenarios and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in a Command Centre or real-time operations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor real-time traffic incidents via ITS platforms and sensors.
• Detect, flag and escalate traffic incidents promptly.
• Identify anomalies via AI/VA and other monitoring tools.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and government agencies.
