LAND TRANSPORT AUTHORITY in Singapore seeks a Traffic Operator Executive to manage real-time traffic operations within the OCC. You will monitor ITS platforms, coordinate responses across agencies, and drive data-informed improvements to dashboards and incident workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in IT, systems, engineering, or operations is preferred.
• Willingness to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
• Technologically inclined with strong situational awareness and communication.
• Ability to manage real-time scenarios and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong system thinking and analytical mindset to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Prior experience in a Command Centre or similar real-time environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor real-time incidents via ITS platforms and sensors.
• Detect and escalate traffic incidents promptly and accurately.
• Identify anomalies through AI/VA tools and other monitoring tech.
• Oversee critical OCC systems and coordinate responses with agencies.
• Collaborate to improve dashboards and automate workflows.
• Refine incident response triggers and escalation protocols.
• Participate in contingency exercises and AARs for readiness.
