Job summary

SXC in Singapore is seeking a Traffic Management - Operation Executive to coordinate administrative tasks for the traffic management department. You will handle delivery orders, ensure officer notifications are current, and conduct regular site supervisory checks.

You will assist the Deployment & Planning team in supporting ongoing incidents at the site and ensure compliance with regulations including LTA and Workplace Safety & Health.

Responsibilities

• Handles and coordinates administrative aspect for the traffic management department.
• Collects deliver orders and ensures officers’ notification are up to date.
• Conducts regular site supervisory checks.
• Assist the Deployment & Planning team in providing support to handle ongoing incident or crisis at site.
• Ensures that the officers adhere to the Company’s and PLRD’s Code of Conduct and regulations.
• Ensuring that the team officers adhere and complies with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Police Licensing Regulatory Department and Work Place Safety & Health.
• Provide real-time tracking and monitoring in the event of any incidents or disciplinary issues at site
• Manage a small team of officers on site.
• Conducts On-Jobs Trainings, induction and in house trainings to the officers.
• Conducting an on-site briefing and job run through for Contract for Service personnel if necessary.
• Any other duties as directed by management, within the reasonable scope of the position hereof.
