Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore invites applications for an Executive/Senior Engineer, Innovation & Analytics to transform traffic operations and road asset management using data-driven solutions and intelligent technologies.

You will build dashboards, apply GIS and big data techniques, and work with cross‑functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies that enhance reliability and sustainability of the road network.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in data science, engineering, CS, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS) and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Knowledge of AI/ML and big data is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Transform traffic operations and asset management through data-driven solutions.
Develop dashboards and actionable insights from complex data.
Manage innovation and data-driven projects, including research and product development.
Collaborate with internal divisions, academia and industry to explore smart technologies.
