Qualifications

• 3-5 years desktop application support experience, especially at financial institutions.
• Ability to liaise with business and IT for delivering solutions.
• Experience with Bloomberg B-Pipe and TREP distribution platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite & remote end user support for market data applications.
• Perform morning system checks and on-call support duties.
• Monitor and process user requests via email and hotline.
• Participate in projects involving market data systems.
