Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Manager, Rail Performance Analysis to lead a team in analysing rail operating performance, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making for the RTS network.

The role focuses on data interpretation, statistics, and developing performance indicators while coordinating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement within Singapore’s rail system.

Qualifications

• Background in statistics, data science or business.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication, including minutes taking.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to support evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Good time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership and data analysis experience, especially in rail or public sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team to analyze rail operating performance and identify trends.
• Support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement for rail information.
• Spearhead quality checks and audits of data collection by rail operators.
• Develop and implement new rail performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve rail performance.
