Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Manager, Rail Performance Analysis to lead a team responsible for analysing rail operating performance, identifying trends, and supporting informed decision-making for RTS regulation and development.

You will oversee data interpretation, ensure accuracy of statistics, audit data collection processes, develop new performance indicators, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across the rail

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Statistics, Data Science, Business or related discipline.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including minutes taking and technical writing skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to develop strategic, evidence- based recommendations, coupled with keen insight into operational and ground challenges.
• The ability to work both independently and as a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills and relevant working experience in data analysis will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, analysing, and interpreting data to extract meaningful insights into rail performance.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to ensure the accuracy of statistics.
• Performing checks and audits on the data collection processes of rail operators.
• Reviewing, developing and implementing new rail performance indicators.
• Fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve rail performance.
