Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Rail Digitalisation division. You will drive data analytics and AI integration to enhance rail performance and streamline operations and maintenance processes.

You will own the product roadmap, write PRDs and user stories, and partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact software. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder collaboration, and successful go-to-market support.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on software/tech Product Management experience.
Knowledge in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Product Design, or related fields.
Strong data-driven decision making with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience writing PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Shape product vision and own the roadmap for the product area.
Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and iteration.
Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for eng/design teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and on-time delivery.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform decisions.
Define KPIs, track metrics, and iterate based on data.
Support GTM activities including training and adoption.
