Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore seeks a Patient Service Associate in Diagnostic Radiology to support patients throughout their care journey. You will be a key contact for patients and families, delivering efficient, courteous service while assisting with registrations, appointments, and payments.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow, maintain confidentiality, and provide financial counselling when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced, people-centred environment.
• Prior frontline, customer service or service-related roles would be advantageous; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional and empathetic frontline service to patients and their families.
• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling and other related administrative matters.
• Handle payment collection and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update patient information and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide financial counselling and explain relevant payment and financing options to patients, where required.
• Respond to patient enquiries and provide appropriate information or assistance.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required to support the department.
