Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is seeking a Patient Service Associate to be part of the frontline team, delivering professional, patient-centred service and supporting clinic operations in Singapore.

You will manage patient registration, appointments, payments and medical records, while collaborating with clinicians to ensure a smooth patient experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualifications.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate and patient-centred service to patients and caregivers.
• Manage patient registration, appointments and visit-related arrangements.
• Process payments and assist patients with financial counselling and related enquiries.
• Maintain and manage patients' medical records accurately while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support doctors and the clinical team during patient consultations and medical reviews.
• Perform administrative and operational duties to support the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.
• Attend to patient enquiries and provide appropriate assistance where required.
• Work closely with team members and healthcare professionals to deliver a positive patient experience.

Overview

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be part of our frontline team, playing an important role in creating a positive and seamless experience for our patients and caregivers. You will support various patient service and administrative functions while working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate and patient-centred service to patients and caregivers.


• Manage patient registration, appointments and other visit-related arrangements.


• Process payments and assist patients with financial counselling and related enquiries.


• Maintain and manage patients medical records accurately while ensuring confidentiality.


• Support doctors and the clinical team during patient consultations and medical reviews.


• Perform administrative and operational duties to support the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.


• Attend to patient enquiries and provide appropriate assistance where required.


• Work closely with team members and healthcare professionals to deliver a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline, GCE A/O/N Level, Higher NITEC in Business Studies, or NITEC in Service Skills.


• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude towards service.


• Prior experience in frontline customer service will be an advantage.
