You will be a key point of contact for patients and families, delivering efficient, courteous service and assisting with registration, scheduling, and related administrative tasks.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, professional frontline service to patients and families.
• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and related admin matters.
• Handle payment collection and financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain and update patient information and records with confidentiality.
• Provide financial counselling and explain payment options when required.
• Respond to patient enquiries and offer information or assistance.
• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed.
