Responsibilities

  • Prepare, bake, and present a variety of desserts and baked goods.
  • Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients.
  • Perform cake icing and decoration with attention to detail.
  • Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete orders on time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
  • Develop new cake menus and conduct trials for new products.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products.
