RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an R&D Chemical Engineer to lead the development of new surface treatment processes within the Advanced Coatings Business Group. Based at Surface Engineering Hub, you will collaborate with international teams and support sales during technical discussions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in surface treatment, materials chemistry, and process formulation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of experience in surface treatment, materials chemistry, and process formulation.
• Experience in leading R&D projects and collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulating and optimizing surface treatment processes.
• Defining and validating technical specifications.
• Providing technical support to sales teams.
• Supporting customers during industrialization through successful operational implementation.
