The Research & Development Department is currently seeking its next R&D Chemical Engineer specializing in Formulation and Surface Treatment.
Job Description
You will be responsible for leading projects focused on the development of new surface treatment processes within Company Advanced Coatings Business Group. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Formulating and optimizing surface treatment processes,
- Defining and validating technical specifications,
- Providing technical support to sales teams, particularly in promoting our solutions to customers,
- Supporting customers during industrialization phases through successful operational implementation.
- You will regularly collaborate with our commercial and technical teams located in different countries.

- Process formulation and optimization capabilities: Ability to design, test, and adjust technical formulations and processes.
- Knowledge of technical specifications and industry standards: Rigorous approach to defining, validating, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
- Project planning and management: Ability to structure development activities, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Degree & above in Materials Chemistry or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in leading projects focused on the development of chemistry and surface treatment processes. Those with coating and plating process experience will be given priority in considering for the job
