Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd invites an R&D Chemical Engineer to lead development of surface treatment processes within our Advanced Coatings Business Group. You will formulate, optimize, and validate treatments while supporting sales and coordinating with teams in multiple countries.

The role requires 3–5 years of project leadership in chemistry/surface treatment and a degree in Materials Chemistry or equivalent; coating/plating experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Materials Chemistry or equivalent.
• 3–5 years leading projects in chemistry and surface treatment.
• Coating/plating process experience prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on developing new surface treatment processes.
• Formulate and optimize surface treatment processes and test formulations.
• Define and validate technical specifications for coatings.
• Provide technical support to sales, promoting solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams across countries during industrialization.
