Job summary

Legend Global Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a pricing specialist to manage ISO tank quotation and pricing activities. You will coordinate rates, compile costs and monitor margins, delivering accurate quotations and supporting tenders.

Working with Operations, Procurement and regional offices, you will maintain pricing databases, communicate assumptions clearly, and help the Commercial team win business through detailed cost breakdowns and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in ISO tank quotation, pricing and tender preparation.
• Strong understanding of ISO tank logistics costs and pricing components.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple quotation requests and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations based on operational and commercial requirements within the required turnaround times.
• Ensure quotations capture all relevant operational costs, tariffs, surcharges, tank leasing and repositioning costs.
• Liaise with Operations, Maintenance and Repair (M&R)/Depot, Procurement, Network and overseas offices to obtain updated cost and tariff information.
• Maintain up-to-date pricing and tariff databases.
• Ensure quotations meet target margin requirements and elevate low-margin or exceptional quotations to the manager for review.
• Support Commercial and Sales teams with detailed cost breakdowns for customer negotiations and tender submissions.
• Clearly communicate pricing structures, assumptions and exclusions.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and supporting pricing documentation.

About the role

You will manage ISO tank quotation and pricing activities, including rate coordination, cost compilation and margin control. You will prepare accurate and timely quotations, support tenders and commercial negotiations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain pricing accuracy and consistency.
