Job summary

LIDE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to support day-to-day quantity surveying tasks. You will take-off quantities, assist with tendering, source subcontractors and materials, and manage progress payments and claims in a timely manner.

The role requires a QS diploma/degree and a willingness to work independently while contributing as part of a team. Prior LTA/civil project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Holds a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with relevant civil/LTA project exposure welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Take-off quantities and assist in tendering as directed by the Manager.
• Source sub-contractors, suppliers and materials as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on progress payments and claims promptly.
• Handle contract administration and prepare variations.
• Assist in final accounts and related QS duties.
