Job summary

L.S. CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD invites a Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveying support to join our civil team in Singapore. You will assist in tendering, prepare contract documents, and monitor payments and progress claims for residential projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, 1–2 years of experience (HDB exposure preferred) and solid knowledge of cost control and tendering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
1–2 years’ experience in Residential Construction, preferably HDB; fresh graduates welcome.
Basic knowledge of quantity take-off, tendering, contract administration and cost control.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
Able to commence work within a short period is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in tendering, including review of documents, attend briefings and site visits, and prepare tender submissions.
Prepare tender and contract documents for subcontractor and supplier awards.
Process and monitor subcontractor and supplier payments with complete supporting documents.
Prepare and submit progress claims to clients/consultants and follow up on certifications.
Assist in VO/EOT submissions and maintain related records.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and consultants on contract matters.
Support other contract administration and tender-related functions as assigned.
