Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist in cost estimation, tender preparation, evaluation, and pricing summaries for multiple projects in Singapore. The role requires coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of QS milestones.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with 1–2 years of relevant experience and is organized, precise, and proactive in contract administration and cost control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation and evaluation, including cost comparisons and pricing summaries.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and assist in negotiations.
• Prepare and administer tender and contract documents.
• Perform accurate quantity measurements for progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor/supplier payments and final accounts.
• Evaluate and certify progress work done and handle contract administration for variations.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts and payment settlements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure timely completion of QS matters.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.
