Qualifications

• Possesses Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years in Civil or LTA projects experience will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently, highly motivated and is a good team player.

Responsabilités

• Take off quantities and prepare estimates.
• Tendering of projects as assigned by the Manager.
• Sourcing of sub-contractors, suppliers and materials.
• Prepare and follow up progress payment and claims in a timely manner.
• Contract administration.
• Prepare variations orders (VOs).
• Final Accounts preparation.
