Job summary

A leading engineering firm is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying with 3-5 years of experience in tendering and site-based roles. Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in tendering and site-based post-contract roles.
• Geotechnical exposure preferred.
• Working knowledge of PSSCOC/SIA/FIDIC advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Study ITT, drawings, specifications to identify price and commercial risks.
• Draft and negotiate RFQs, bid comparisons, subcontracts, ensuring compliance.
• Certify subcontractor progress claims and maintain procurement schedules.
