Job summary

eAspire Technolabs Inc. in Singapore seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor with LTA/Civil infrastructure exposure to join our team. You will prepare BOQs, cost estimates and manage tender costs across projects.

You will handle variations, payments, subcontractor quotations and project costing while maintaining rigorous commercial records. Experience in Singapore and LTA projects is highly regarded; MS Excel and QS software proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
• LTA / Civil Infrastructure project experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQ, take-off, cost control, variation orders, and progress claims.
• Experience handling subcontractor quotations and project costing.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and QS-related software.
