• Take off quantities and prepare costing and budget for projects.
• Source subcontractors and suppliers and negotiate prices.
• Submit progressive claims and variations to clients.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractors' claims.
• Prepare profit and loss and final accounts for the project.
• Attend site, consultant, and technical meetings.
• Prepare ISO documentation.
• Assist with tendering and project handling.
• Assist management in preparing paperwork.
