Job summary

Inprodec Associates (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial fit-out projects in Singapore. You will review tenders, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare cost estimates to submit competitive bids.

You will collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, project teams, and clients to ensure accurate costing, commercial compliance, and a smooth handover after award. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years' QS experience, a related degree, proficiency in Excel and QS software, and

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, tendering, or cost estimation.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, costing, and procurement processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.

Responsibilities

Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQ, scope of works, and contract conditions.
Measure quantities from drawings and specifications for tender pricing.
Prepare detailed cost estimates using supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Develop cost build-ups covering labour, materials, preliminaries, and contingencies.
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Analyze quotations, raise clarifications, and identify commercial/technical risks.
Prepare tender summaries and handover details to project teams upon contract award.
