OLIVERS & PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years of experience in QS, tendering, or tender coordination for Singapore-based projects. The role emphasizes tender coordination and cost-control across soil, civil engineering, and infrastructure initiatives.

The candidate will support planning, BoQ preparation, cost estimation, and progress reporting, liaising with clients and partners to ensure project success.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), tendering, or tender coordination.
• Strong interest in tendering and tender coordination.
• Interest in soil, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Draft method statements and cost calculations for production activities.
• Follow project planning with input from supporting departments and external partners; monitor design development and BoQs.
• Prepare detailed BoQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for residential construction.
• Assist in updating construction schedules and short-term work programmes to support timely completion.
• Monitor site progress and compare planned vs. actual performance to identify delays and corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve technical, contractual, and commercial issues.
• Monitor project expenditure, material usage, and budget performance; support cost-control and financial reporting.

Project and Construction Responsibilities:-

1. Draft method statements and execute, monitor, and follow up on production activities and cost calculations.
2. Follow up on project planning, ensuring timely input from supporting departments and external partners. Monitor design development, material deliveries, method statements, technical submissions, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and other project reports, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
3. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for residential construction projects based on approved drawings and technical specifications.
4. Assist in preparing and updating construction schedules, activity sequences, and short-term work programmes to support timely project completion.
5. Monitor site progress and compare planned versus actual performance to identify delays and support the implementation of corrective actions.
6. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical, contractual, and commercial issues throughout project execution.
7. Monitor project expenditure, material consumption, and budget performance while supporting cost-control and financial reporting activities.
8. Prepare progress reports, quantity reconciliation statements, subcontractor payment documentation, and other project records for management review.
