CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Tendering Specialist to support pre-construction efforts in Singapore. You will review drawings, quantify requirements and assist in preparing tender prices.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction tendering, strong contracts and cost estimation knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Glodon Cubicost. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to meet tight deadlines.

Formación

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture / Structure / M&E / Quantity Surveying
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on tendering
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Glodon Cubicost and tendering software
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders
• Able to work independently and be a good team player
• Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate
