Job summary

HOCK SOON HENG E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering and contract documentation.

You will prepare bills of quantities, cost estimations, and cost controls while performing quantity take-off for civil road projects. Strong leadership and the ability to work independently are essential. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of relevant experience; road works experience is an advantage.

• Tender and contract documents administration.

• Assist superior with ad-hoc tasks.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or relevant field
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in Road Work / Civil Projects is an advantage
