Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Lead (QS) for interior projects in Singapore. You will manage tenders, monitor budgets, and lead the commercial team to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-tender activities, contract administration, cost control, and coordinating with design and project teams. Degree or Diploma in QS or related field is required with 2-3 years of interior project experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Interior Project.
• Proficient in tools for quantity take-off and technical drawings.
• Familiar with contract administration, project budgeting, and cost control practices.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in handling multiple projects.

• Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving and value engineering measures.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on all contractual and M&E matters.
• Analyze tender returns for cost competitiveness and contractual compliance.
• Support project teams with technical proposals, progress tracking, and resolution of contractual issues.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial team, providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and ensuring best commercial practices are consistently applied across all projects.

• Location: Aperia Mall [Nearest MRT: Kallang/Bendemeer/Lavender]
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary: $4,000 – $6,500
