Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for interior projects based in Singapore. The role covers tendering, contract preparation, cost estimates, and procurement responsibilities.

You will oversee budgeting, cost control, and contract administration while reading engineering drawings and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, at Aperia Mall location.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant interior project experience.
• Proficient in quantity take-off tools and reading engineering drawings.
• Familiar with contract administration, budgeting, and cost control practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Monitor project budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams on contractual and M&E matters.
• Analyze tender returns for cost competitiveness and contractual compliance.
• Support project teams with proposals, progress tracking, and resolution of contractual issues.
• Lead and mentor the commercial team to ensure best practices across projects.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary: $4,000 - $6,500

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving and value engineering measures.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on all contractual and M&E matters.
• Analyze tender returns for cost competitiveness and contractual compliance.
• Support project teams with technical proposals, progress tracking, and resolution of contractual issues.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial team, providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and ensuring best commercial practices are consistently applied across all projects.
