Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Lead to manage interior project cost control, tendering, and contract administration for multiple concurrent schemes in Singapore.

You will oversee budgets, procurements, and measurements, guiding a commercial team to ensure value engineering and timely final accounts across projects. Proven experience in interior fit-out is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Interior Project experience.
• Proficient in tools for quantity take-off and technical drawings.
• Familiar with contract administration, budgeting, and cost-control practices.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving and value engineering measures.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on all contractual and M&E matters.
• Analyze tender returns for cost competitiveness and contractual compliance.
• Support project teams with technical proposals, progress tracking, and resolution of contractual issues.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial team, providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and ensuring best commercial practices are consistently applied across all projects.

• Location: Aperia Mall [Nearest MRT: Kallang/Bendemeer/Lavender]
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary: $4,000 – $6,500
