Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a cost-focused professional to support pre-construction budgeting, tender analysis, and cost-control activities for construction projects in Singapore.

The role covers material take-offs, labor projections, CVR tracking, and handling contract variations through to final settlement, collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering or other related courses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material take-offs, labor projections, and overall budget estimates during the pre-construction phase.
• Draft tender documents, analyze vendor bids, and help negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track project expenses, evaluate site progress, and manage cost-value reconciliations (CVR) to prevent budget overruns.
• Manage contractual claims, evaluate variations, and process interim payment valuations through to settling the final account.
