Job summary

LIAN SOON CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The role covers tender preparation, progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts, with involvement in sub-contractor agreements and price quotes.

You will attend client, consultant, sub-contractor and supplier meetings, assist in budgeting, and ensure timely delivery. A Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of QS experience in construction is required.
