Job summary

BOND M & E PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Contracts Administrator to oversee contract administration across multiple projects, prepare plans, budgets and tender documents, and support cost control.

Required are a degree/diploma in engineering or quantity surveying with 2–3 years in construction, plus strong written communication. You’ll manage claims, variation orders, final accounts and coordinate with procurement and project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• All Contracts administration works
• Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
• Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
• Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
• Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
• Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
• To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
• To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication
• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
• To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
• Risk analysis evaluation
• Feasibility studies
• Any other adhoc duties when required.

Requirements
